In any field the formative years always include a unique hodgepodge of ideas, there is seldom a clear for runner to use as a standard. As much as this initial creativity helps it begins to hurt as the field begins to mature, and it is always exciting to see what standards wioll be taken to help bring concept to a greater level of usage.
